Our mission is to change the trajectory of our nation's health - by working with both individuals and organisations, we aim to drive widespread disease prevention across the country.

Diabetes cases double
Currently one in five adults now live with diabetes or pre diabetes. In the last 15 years, diabetes rates have doubled - bringing an array of downstream negative health effects. However, 83% of new diabetes cases could be avoided and reversing diabetes can be achieved through lifestyle and diet improvements.
Alzheimer’s is effecting younger generation’s
Since 2014, our current diet and lifestyle choices have fuelled a 69% rise in Alzheimer’s cases among individuals under the age of 65. Today, 55 million people worldwide live with dementia, and this number is expected to double within 20 years. Yet, less than 5% of Alzheimer’s cases are caused by a single genetic mutation passed down through families. This means there is major potential for prevention - with leading neurologists estimating that 60–90% of cases could be avoided by optimising diet and lifestyle.
Cardiovascular disease rampant in young people
Cardiovascular deaths in individuals aged 20-64 has increased by 14% from 2019 - 2023 averaging 420 deaths per week. However, research shows that 90% of the nearly 18 million heart disease cases worldwide could be prevented through adopting a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Cancer rates in working aged indviduals surges
Cancer rates have surged in 25-49 years olds, increasing by 24% from 1995 to 2019, now accounting for nearly one in ten new cancer cases. However, research shows only 5-10% of all cancer cases can be attributed to genetic defects, whereas the remaining 90-95% have their roots in environmental and lifestyle factors - posing massive potential for prevention!

1-1 Guidance
For those who have a specific goal such as weight loss or want an expert to hand to help you build healthy habits that fit into your individual life - we offer 1-1 plans with weekly calls and bespoke advice, finding what works for you to achieve sustainable lifelong healthy habits and then delivering these with care and passion.
