Hi, I’m Ethan - a qualified MNU nutritionist, longevity enthusiast, and founder of Brighter Being.

Our mission is to change the trajectory of our nation's health - by working with both individuals and organisations, we aim to drive widespread disease prevention across the country.

1-1 Guidance

For those who have a specific goal such as weight loss or want an expert to hand to help you build healthy habits that fit into your individual life -  we offer 1-1 plans with weekly calls and bespoke advice, finding what works for you to achieve sustainable lifelong healthy habits and then delivering these with care and passion.
